SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is by weight, we do not offer 'Free Shipping' as we feel it is misleading and has to be clawed back somehow by increasing the price of the products. Which could end up with you paying for shipping several times on multiple items!
Where possible, all packaging is recycled/recyclable with minimal use of plastic tape
Any bubble wrap used will have been used before
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are only accepted if the goods are faulty.
All products are hand made so any blemishes, lumps and bumps are part of the product and cannot be considered as faults.
